Fortis Bank, one of the bigger banks in Europe, needed a web-based application to manage assets and on demand create printed matter in a very wide range, for all their subs and employees. They chose DMP FLO Suite because it not only connects very nice to the existing applications, but it's also able to deliver any interface they needed for all their different needs. The resulting web2print solution is used by thousands of employees on a daily basis to create anything from business cards to brochures.

Print & Design offers all types of graphical and online services to their internal customers. One of them is the visual presentation of fund reporting. More and more of these reports are generated automatically using the DMP FLO Suite solution. This application of online database publishing embedded in a prepress workflow saves Fortis huge amounts of time.
Product managers upload excel files with all relevant information. The DMP FLO Suite extracts the information, and automatically creates all necessary output. Graphs and tables are created, matching the corporate brand guidelines. Everything is put together based on the input per fund. The end result are print-ready PDF files, with hardly any manual interaction at all.
