The Acta Clinica Belgica journal is the only Belgian medical journal in Internal Medicine published in Belgium. It primarily publishes papers on clinical and experimental medicine or clinical chemistry, pathology and molecular biology. It is the official journal of the Belgian societies of Internal Medicine and Clinical Biology. ACB puts its older articles online for subscribers or colleagues in the medical world. This service is offered to them by Drukkerij Schaubroeck.

Agri Retail is a retail chain specializing in outdoor equipment. They use the DMP FLO Suite solutions to maintain a digital asset management library with all of their product images. Along with the marketing information of their products, these images are used in a database publishing workflow to create point of sales material and a weekly folder.

This workflow, implemented for several customers who prefer to remain anonymous, allows creative documents in InDesign to be put online. Marketing stakeholders are able to approve or even correct the files, while they follow a prepress workflow.

Berghoff Worldwide is a manufacturer of kitchen supplies. With stores in dozens of countries and a product range of thousands of products, they are faced with the need to have high quality marketing output in many languages. The DMP FLO Suite's database publishing and web2print functionalities are used to facilitate the creation of some of this output.

Like many printing companies, Drukkerij Kuypers works with an MIS system. In their case they use MultiPress, a system with over 700 licenses sold in Belgium and Holland. MultiPress comes with a web2print module, but Drukkerij Kuypers decided to go for a solution with more dedicated W2P features. MultiPress also contains a web module, which was already heavily used by Drukkerij Kuypers. Therefore the decision was made to embed a DMP FLO Suite solution into the existing interface.

After several tries to automate the Copagro catalog with other database publishing applications, Mink used the DMP FLO Suite. As an added bonus, the automation not only resulted in a printed catalog, but also in a web based catalog. All of this while retaining the exibility needed to publish the product details of dozens of suppliers.

Our own documentation is put online in a Document Center. PDF and other types of files are stored in the digital asset management application and enriched with metadata. Users are also able to look for this documentation in a simple online interface.

Dominos Pizza uses the DMP FLO Suite for the online creation and ordering of menus. Next to those (periodical) orders, restaurant owners are able to create marketing materials (such as flyers). The web2print application has a very easy and intuitive interface, which explains why the solution is so widely accepted by the restaurants.

One of the most essential marketing services offered by Artoos to its customers are the Digital Asset Management services. Images are stored and maintained on the servers of Artoos in high resolution, and can be used for multiple types of publications from there. Duvel is a very good example of this. Thousands of brand and marketing images are stored online and can be downloaded by different types of users.

Expert is a retail chain selling electronic appliances. Their stores are present all over the world, with a strong visual brand. They pride themselves in a strong independence of the individual dealers, which shows itself in the web2print and database publishing application that was created.

Henco creates tubes and sells them globally. The printed catalogue is obviously a big part of the sales process. Instead of creating this catalogue once a year, the DMP FLO Suite is used to automate the process with a database publishing workflow. Marketing is now able to create the catalogue themselves, and link it to a prepress workflow in all necessary languages.

A simple but effective web2print application was put online by De Jong to accept online orders from a single customer. This online solution was created in a minimum of time, and suited the needs perfectly.

NVM is a real estate organisation. As part of their marketing operations, they create a monthly catalog of all available real estate for all of the regions where they are active. This catalog is created automatically in the DMP FLO Suite. The web2print solution allows marketing to execute the entire process of the database publishing workflow themselves.

This relatively small project is a good example of a low-budget development with high productivity-gain. The project was set up to facilitate the delivery of materials for several publications.

As part of their services, 3Plus offers the capability to Palm restaurants to create menus online. This easy database publishing application allows end users to compose their menus. It is a business to business web-to-print solution like few others.

One of the services Vegas offers to its customers is the rent of display screens for corporate environments. The DMP FLO Suite is used to maintain a database with relevant information (cars for sale, houses, promotions, …). This information is used to fill HTML or Flash templates that are shown on display screens in stores or offices.
