Web2print and digital asset management for brand management

A marketing department usually spends a lot of effort defining the company's brand. The look and feel, the guidelines, the logos, and so on. But in too many cases, these rules are not followed by the franchise network or by local sales. Web2print applications or other tools built with the DMP FLO Suite can provide a solution for this.

Web2print sites

Web2print applications can be built for the sales network. Individual stores (or employees) can log in and create marketing materials. This can include simple stuff like business cards, but can go as far as product brochures, point of sales materials, and even complete product catalogs. Using InDesign Server, templates can be built with all of the rules that define the brand. End users can be guided in a very straight line, or can be given limited amounts of freedom. But the output will always conform to the developed look and feel.

Digital Asset Management

Next to the web-to-print solutions, you can also host digital asset management services. All the images (logos, products, atmosphere, ...) can be stored in high resolution and be downloaded on the fly by all stakeholders. Everyone has access to the latest version of the file, and assets can be resampled to the correct quality as needed.

Brand Sites

But digital asset management is not restricted to images. It can also contain PDF files with the company guidelines, office documents, and so on. On top of these, our content management system can be used to construct a simple interface. A download center for end users, or a brand site for marketing stakeholders.

Database Publishing

And finally, you can go as far as using the software for database publishing of complete product catalogs. Using repetitive templates (for example built with InDesign Server), you are sure of the result. And if there are changes in the guidelines, you will have to execute them only in the template. All other output will adapt automatically.
